William “Bill” J. Braun
William “Bill” J. Braun, 68, Greenfield, died April 15, 2013, in Lakeland, Fla. Born Jan. 1, 1945, in Indianapolis, he was the son of Walter X. and Nellie (Craft) Braun.
Surviving him are his wife, Lorene Lowder Kennedy Braun, of Greenfield; children, Michelle, Melissa, William J. Braun, Jr., Joanna, Cathy, Jeanie, Tim, Deena, Rhonda, and Mike; sisters, Gladys Braun of Indianapolis and Ellen Renihan of Greencastle; many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his parents; sister, Martha Vera Hartman; and brothers, Teddy and Lee Braun.
A memorial service will take place at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, May 4, 2013, at Erlewein Mortuary in Greenfield, with Reverend David Wise officiating.
