John T. “Butch” Beeler, 63, of Fortville, died on Saturday, March 2, 2013, in Indianapolis. He was born March 28, 1949, in Trenton, Mich., to Elmer Lee and Cora Mae (Whited) Beeler.
He is survived by his children, Michelle (Wesley) Collins of Indianapolis, Pam (Dean) Addison-Weeks of Knoxville, Tenn., Amy Harris of Fortville, Brian Beeler of Indianapolis, and Michael (Christine) Beeler of Indianapolis.; brothers, Eddie “Flywheel”,(June) Beeler of Maynardsville, Tenn., and Paul (Sally) Beeler of Pendleton; sisters, Dot Steward and Lois Hubbs, both of Maynardsville, Tenn., and Robbie (Jerry) Propps and Gail Monday, both of Fortville; 20 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Linda M. Beeler. Friends may call from 5-7 p.m., on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville. A celebration of John’s Life will be held at 7 p.m., at the funeral home. Private family burial will take place at a later date.
