William “Randy” Dalton, 63, died on Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, at his residence. Born on Nov. 22, 1949, in Danville, Va., he was the son of Adolphus W. and Annie Laura (Oakes) Dalton.
He served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War.
Surviving him are his wife, Donna Dalton of New Palestine; children, Tiffany (Charlie) Steward of Greenfield, Shanna Dalton of New Palestine, Cody (Laura) Dalton of Indianapolis; siblings, Ronald Dalton of Greenwood, Darlene (Gerald) Lamb and Tammy (Mike) Grimes both of Indianapolis; and 3 grandchildren, Noah, Tanner, and Sawyer Dalton.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Adolphus and Annie Dalton.
Visitation will be at 3- 7 p.m., on Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, at Erlewein Mortuary in Greenfield. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., on Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013. also at the mortuary. Pastor Paul Enyart will be officiating. Burial will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis.
