Annalee Bennett, 79, passed away Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, at Prairie Lakes Health Care in Noblesville. Born Feb. 22, 1933, in Hancock County and is the daughter of the late Norris & Mary (Condo) Collier.
She was a past member of the Wilkinson Lilac Literary Club where she had serveed as president for two terms. She was a member of the Wilkinson United Methodist Church and Indiana University Alumni Association.
She is survived by her husband, of 56 years, Bill Bennett of Wilkinson; a daughter, Jennifer (Mike) Elkin of Carmel; grandson, Cason Elkin of Carmel; two granddaughters, Ashley and Olivia Elkin of Carmel; a sister-in-law, Veachel Bennett of Livingston, Tenn.; and brother and sister- in- law, Keith & Connie Bennett of San Diego.
Preceding her in death is her parents; brother-in-law, Orville Bennett and father & mother- in- law, Claude & Esther Bennett.
Friends will be received from 11 to 1 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 8, 2013, at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, 2013, in the Condo & Son Funeral Home in Wilkinson with Rev. Greg McGarvey officiating.
