Violet M. Dice, 87, passed away on Jan. 30, 2013. Born on Sept. 13, 1925, in Maxwell, she was the daughter of William “Bee” and Ida Matilda Leonard Webb.
She married Kenneth Dice on April 26, 1941. Violet attended Curry’s Chapel UMC.
Surviving her are her sons, Tom (Barbara) Dice and Doug (Joan) Dice; 7 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Kenneth Dice; and sons, Kenneth Lee Dice and Roy Dice.
Visitation will be from 5 until 8 p.m.on Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at Erlewein Mortuary in Greenfield. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at 1 p.m. at the mortuary. Pastor Adam Payne will be officiating and burial will take place at Cooper Cemetery in Hancock County.
