Daryl Kent Fogleman, 62, of Greenfield, passed away Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, at Hancock Regional Hospital. He was born Feb. 20, 1950, in Indianapolis, and a son of the late Eugene and Margaret (Baker) Fogleman.
Daryl owned and operated his own business, Kent Property Services, with his wife doing general contracting work for the past 35 years. He also held real estate and adjustor’s licenses. He enjoyed doing volunteer work, dancing, bird-watching and visiting with family and friends.
Survivors include his wife, Carol Sue (Phelps) Fogleman, whom he married June 3, 1978; brothers, Jerry (Virginia) Fogleman of Calif., Ronnie (Ginny) Fogleman of Flowering Branch, Ga., Kirk (Krista) Fogleman of Greenfield; sisters, Sandy Coffman of Indianapolis, Robin (Todd) Porter of Fortville; sister-in-law, Maude Snider of Shirley; nephews, Aaron Snider, Wayne and Dane Mercer, Ryan Burchfield, Tim Fogleman; nieces, Michelle Snider, Tonya Coffman, Jessica Fogleman, Amanda Sneed, Yvonne Hilliard, Margene Fogleman; several great- nieces and nephews; and friends.
Daryl was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Terry Fogleman; and a nephew Kyle Fogleman.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, in the Condo & Son Funeral Home in Wilkinson with Ryan McCarty officiating. Burial will follow at McCray Cemetery in Wilkinson. Friends will be received Wednesday from Noon until time of service at the funeral home.
