Richard L. McGee, 69, of Greenfield, died on Oct. 31, 2012. Born on Feb. 8, 1943, in Galesburg, Ill., he was the son of Raul and Alice McGee.
He married Rita A. Gosnell on April 12, 1969, in Greensburg. Richard was a United States Air Force veteran who served during Vietnam.
Surviving him are his sons, Christopher (Melissa) McGee of Indianapolis and Brian McGee of Cumberland; grandson, Thomas McGee; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his parents and wife, Rita.
Visitation will be from noon until 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, at Erlewein Mortuary in Greenfield. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. Burial will take place at New Palestine Cemetery.
