Judith Wisehart, 71, of Shirley, passed away Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012, at Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield. Born Dec. 12, 1940, in Mt Clemens, Mich., and was the daughter of the late Bruno and Iva (Greenwood) Bonk.
She was a lifelong homemaker. She served in the Army as a registered nurse. A member of the Knightstown American Legion #152 Ladies Auxiliary and was an avid gardener and farming.
Surviving include four sons, Tony (Charity) Maxwell, Scott (Chana) Maxwell all of Greenfield, Chris (Dana Hood) Maxwell of Wilkinson, Brian (Holly) Wisehart of Kokomo; a daughter, Tracy (Chris) Austin of Shirley; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; a brother, Richard Bonk of Roscommon, MI; two sisters, Frances Bonk and Mary Ann Bonk both of Michigan; several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her husband, Don Wisehart, 2010.
Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012, at the funeral home.Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012, in the Condo & Son Funeral Home in Wilkinson. Burial will follow at McCray Cemetery in Wilkinson.
