Nyda June Maroska, 81, of Fortville, died on Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012, at Hancock Regional Hospital. She was born June 4, 1931 in Fortville, to the late Cecil and Ethel (Whelchel) Caudell.
She is survived by son, Alan Maroska of Terre Haute; 2 granddaughters; and 3 great -grandchildren.
June was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Maroska in 2003; brothers, Jack, David and Bill Caudell; and sister, Virginia Grimm.
Friends may call on Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Seals Funeral Home & Cremation Services. A graveside celebration of June’s life will begin at 11 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 12, 2012, at Gravel Lawn Cemetery with Jon Vance officiating. Burial will follow.
