Macklin Louis Mathison, 69, of Fishers, died on Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012, at IU Saxony Hospital, Fishers. Macklin was born on Nov. 9, 1942, in Indianapolis. He was a graduate of Noblesville High School.
He was a former member of the Indiana National Guard for six years.
He is survived by his sister, Cheryl Mathison Owens of Fishers; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Vivian McCord Mathison; grandparents, Leroy and Ruth McCord; and a brother, Michael Mathison.
Friends may call from 6 to 8pm on Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012, at Seals Funeral Home & Cremation Services. A celebration of Macklin’s life will begin at Noon on Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
