Elouise Bolin Kellberg, 99, died Sept. 1, 2012, in Fort Smith, Ark. She was born in Zanesville, Ohio on Nov. 12, 1912, to the late Fred and Maude Bolin. She grew up in Willow Branch.

She was a member of Willow Branch United Methodist Church. She graduated from Wilkinson High School in 1930. She was a graduate of Methodist Hospital School of Nursing and was Head Surgical Nurse at Methodist Hospital for several years. She was also Director of Nursing at St. Paul Hospital in Dallas, Texas.

Elouise and her husband, Gil  lived in Dallas, Texas until 1974, when they retired to Mountainburg, Ark.

She is survived by a grandson, Devin McCray Monk; a sister, Elaine O'Neal; brother-in-law, Gene (Tink) O'Neal; son-in-law, M.D. Monk; one niece; two nephews; seven great-nieces and nephews; and 15 great-great-nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Gil; her daughter, Nancy  Monk; and infant son, Greg Bolin Kellberg.

A memorial service will be held in Mountainburg, Ark. on Sept. 23, 2012. Burial will take place at McCray Cemetery, Wilkinson, Ind.
