Jean Ann Austin, 64, of Fortville, passed away on Sept. 11, 2012, at Sugar Creek Chateau Nursing Home. She was born Jan. 25, 1948, in Huntington, Ind. She was the daughter of Eugene and Betty Wooldridge.
On May 8, 1966, she married Harvey E. Austin SR. , in Fortville at the Nazarene Church, where she eventually became a member. She enjoyed doing word searches, plastic canvas, and going to church.
Surviving Jean is her husband, Harvey E. Austin Sr.; her children; Carmen Fansler, Brenda Grounds, Patricia Hutchinson and Harvey Jr.; and nine grandchildren.
Services will be held at 7 p.m. on Saturday Sept. 22, 2012, at The Fortville Church of the Nazarene.
