Dale Friddle, 80, a resident of Greenfield, passed away Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012, at Hancock Regional Hospital. Born Dec. 5, 1931, in Wilkinson, he was the son of the late Ralph and Thelma (Holliday) Friddle.

After graduation from high school, he attended Ball State University and Minnesota Bible College. He holds several degrees from Minnesota Bible College and the Master of Divinity from Lincoln Christian Seminary. He was ordained to the ministry by the Wilkinson Church of Christ. He ministered to the Cohasset Church of Christ in northern Minnesota and the Sciota, Illinois Christian Church. In 1963 he ministered to the White Bear Lake Church of Christ and taught at Minnesota Bible College. He served the Southeast Christian Church and continued to teach at the college. He ministered with the New Brighton Christian Church and then moved to Rochester to be a professor with the college. He served as Academic Dean for three years.

He is survived by a son, Steve Friddle of Olympia, Wash.; a daughter, Diane Greeley of Grand Marais, Minn.; five grandchildren; a sister, Doris Trees of Greenfield; and two nieces.

Preceded in death by his parents; and a brother-in-law, Paul Trees.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2012, at  Condo & Son Funeral Home, in Wilkinson, with Rev. Jeff Barton officiating.  Burial will follow at McCray Cemetery, in Wilkinson.  Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
