Douglas L. Colclazier, 51, of Greenfield passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at Golden Living Center Brandywine, Greenfield. He was born July 29, 1960, in Greenfield, to Charles and Wilma J. (Moss) Colclazier.
He was a graduate of Morristown High School, and received Greenhouse training through Goodwill, worked for Hurricane Compression Fitness Equipment and was formerly a maintenance technician. He was a member of the Christian Tabernacle Church, Indianapolis, and an avid hunter, fisherman and muzzle loader enthusiast having membership with Friendship Indiana Muzzle Loader Association.
He is survived by his father, Charles Colclazier of Greenfield; daughters, Desiree Irene (Kevin) Wilcox of San Angelo, TX., Sophia Lynn Colclazier of Beech Grove; brother, David (Linda) Colclazier of Greenfield; sisters, Janice (Walt) Mosley of New Palestine, Shirley Riegle of Ingalls; twelve nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother Wilma and a sister, Sandra.
Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, July 15, 2012, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, July 16, 2012, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Concord Cemetery in Shelby County.
