Phyllis J. Smith, 84, of Greenfield, died on July 5, 2012.
She is survived by daughter, Carole (Michael) Brooks; sister-in-law, Karen McClain; step-brother, Ed McClain; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She is proceeded in death by parents, Kenneth and Evelyn (Purvis) McClain; and daughter, Shannon McClain.
Memorial Service will be private for the family. Arrangements handled by Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel.
