Louis D. Emery, 72, of Fortville, died July 3, 2012, in Greenfield. He was born Nov. 19, 1939, in Indianapolis to the late Louis D. and Doris (Hooser) Emery.
Louis was a U.S. Army Veteran, having served as a Sargent in Vietnam.
He is survived by children: Chantel Hatfield, Mary Ellen Boaz, Ricky, Ronnie, Ray and Tommy Coffman, and Sherrie Hipskind; and several grandchildren.
Louis was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey Jean Emery.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 7, 2012, at Seals Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fortville. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will take place at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
