Mary Louise Phillips, 94, of New Palestine, died on Jan. 19, 2012. Born in Perry County, Tenn., she was the daughter of R.A. and Sadie I. (Shannon) Roberts.
Surviving her are her daughters, Nancy (Pat) Gargus of New Palestine and Gail (David) Sutton of South Fulton; 4 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents.
Visitation was from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 21, 2012, at Erlewein Mortuary in Greenfield. Additional visitation and funeral services were at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home in Union City, Tenn. Burial took place at Obion County Memorial Gardens in Union City, Tenn.
