Terry R. Johns, age 73, of Charlottesville, Ind., passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2012, at St Vincent’s Heart Center of Ind. He was born on Aug. 19, 1938, in Hancock Co., the son of the late Robert and Doris (Young) Johns.
Terry retired from Ford Motor in 1997, and was a member of the Shirley Masonic Lodge # 531.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis (Bever) Johns of 53 years; daughters, Lisa Floyd of Greenfield, Darlene (Ted) Hatfield of Greenfield; son, Tim (Cathy) Johns of Wilkinson; four grandchildren; one step grandchild; four great grand children; brother, Jerry (Donna) Johns of Anderson, Ind.; sisters, Janet Neal of Shirley, Diana (Dick) Roberts of Wilkinson, Ruthie (Ronald) West of Knightstown; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter-in-law Penny Johns; and niece Amy West.
Friends may call on Friday, Jan. 6, 2012, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Condo and Son Funeral Home in Wilkinson.
