Jesse O. Jackson, age 92, of Fishers, Ind. passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2012, at his son’s home in Fishers. Jesse was born on Jan. 27, 1919, in Emden, Ill. the son of the late Lloyd and Lottie (McClure) Jackson.
Survivors include two sons; Timothy L. (Miriam) Jackson of Plainfield, Ind., Jeffery L. (Karen) Jackson of Fishers, Ind., two grandsons; one grand daughter; and sister, Betty Lou Hooker.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Elizabeth Jackson; two sisters, Violet Davis, Lucille Berdusco; and brother, Noble Jackson.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. prior to the service at Condo and Son Funeral Home in Wilkinson. A Graveside Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sat., Jan. 7, 2012, at McCray Cemetery in Wilkinson, Ind., with Rev. Ron Mercer officiating.
