Norman G. Kinder, age 82, a resident of Greenfield, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 15, 2011, at his residence.
He was born on Oct. 28, 1929, in Greenfield, to the late Verle and Pauline (Chapple) Kinder.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and retired from Chrysler after 33 years as a Data Processor. He was a member of a dance band and loved music.
He is survived by sons, Phillip (Carla) Kinder of Greenfield, David Kinder of Greenfield, Mark (Cindy) Kinder of Greenfield; daughters, Annette (Michael) Dick of Greenfield, Kathie (Todd) Rocky of Cape Coral, Fla.; brother, Larry (Linda) Kinder of Greenfield; 15 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Nancy (Sharp) Kinder; brother, Donald Kinder; and grandson, Joshua Dick.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2011, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield. Friends may call from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 19, 2011, at the funeral home.
