Marjorie A. Loffland Fischer, age 73, Greenfield, passed away peacefully on Friday, Dec. 2, 2011, surrounded by her family. Marjorie was born on Dec. 18, 1937, in Bloomfield, Ind., to the late Russell L. & Maxine Flory Loffland.
Survivors include her beloved husband, Otto Fischer; children, Cheryl (Paul) Moore, Lisa Beatty (Mike Craney), Jerry Fischer and Marti (Paul) Finizio; a sister, Lorene (Alvin) Roberts; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great granddauters.
In addition to her parents, Marjorie was preceded in death by her sister, Sandra Bates; a brother, Charles Loffland and grandson, Trevor Harrell.
The family would like to extend special thanks to Kindred Nursing Home in Greenfield for their care. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorials in Marjorie's memory to Southern Care Hospice, 2345 S. Lynhurst Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241.
