Elizabeth Caudell, age 76, a resident of Greenfield, passed away on Monday Nov. 28, 2011, at her home.
She was born on Feb. 19, 1935, in Saint George, Yugoslavia, to the late Josef and Emma (Loris) Federspeil.
She was a displaced person after WWII and came to the United States in 1952 at the age of 17 from Vienna, Austria. She was a housewife. She was also a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Model “A” Club, Model “T” Club and Greenfield Lions Club.
She is survived by her sons, John (Kathy) Caudell of New Palestine, Joe (Betty) Caudell of Greenfield, Jeff (Regina) Caudell of Morristown; grandchildren, Krystal, Kala, Jennifer, John; and great grandchild, Maeli.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Caudell; sister, Katie Schueller; brothers; Peter Federspiel, Tony Federspiel, and Frank Federspiel.
Family and friends may call on Thursday, Dec. 1, 2011, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 2, 2011, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery.
