Susann M. Cook, age 69, of Franklin, Ind., passed away on Sept. 12, 2011. She was born on Sept. 1, 1942, in Indianapolis, the daughter of the late Donald and Maud E. (Williams) Pace.
Susann was a member of Mt. Comfort United Methodist Church, Daughters of the Nile, Smyrna and Ladies of the Oriental Shrine, all at Murat Shrine Temple. She was a 1960 graduate of Scecina High School.
Survivers include her husband, Barry Cook; children, Cheryl (Robert) Zielinski, Carrie Sparks: brother, Mike (Gwen) Pace; grandchildren, Megan Camp, Cody Sparks, Jacob Camp, Shane Sparks, Madisson Sparks; and step grandchildren, Matt, Laura Zielinski.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 15, 2011, at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 16, 2011, at the funeral center. Burial will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.
