Maxine Marie Bucksot, of New Palestine passed away on Sept 7, 2011. Born on Nov 4, 1922, in Hancock County, she was the daughter of Albert and Lilly Brinkman Rodebeck.
During her working time Maxine was a Office Manager for the Hancock County Highway Dept. and also a lifelong resident of Hancock County.
Maxiine is survived by sons, Steven (Carrol Ann) and Gerald (Michelle) Bucksot; and a sister, Carolyn Evans.
Maxine was preceded in death by her husband, Forrest Earl Bucksot ; and brothers, Marvin and Allen Rodebeck.
Visitation was held from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 11, 2011, at the St. John United Church of Christ, 11000 East Washington St, Indianapolis, IN. Funeral services followed at 7 p.m.
Memorial Contributions can be made to the church endowment fund. Funeral Arrangements are being entrusted to Hendryx Mortuary Cumberland Chapel.
