Anne G. Brouhard, age 88, a resident of Greenfield, passed away on Friday morning, Aug. 26, 2011, at Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield. She was born on Nov. 17, 1922, in Denver, Colo., to the late Edmond & Lousie (Sturgiss) Hodgkins.
She was a home maker and a former Republican Chairwoman.
She is survived by her sons, Lawrence “Wes” Brouhard of Greenfield, and Bob Brouhard of Shelbyville, Ind.; grandchildren, Chris ( Dana) Brouhard, Melinda Brouhard, and Melissa Brouhard.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Hugh Brouhard; son Harold (Tupp) Stafford; and her sister Harriett Korf.
At the family’s request there will be no services. Entombment will take place at Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis. Services have been entrusted to Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield.
