Rex Allan Pasko, 62, Pendleton, died June 27, 2011 at his residence after an extended battle with cancer. He was born July 4, 1948 in New Castle, and has resided in this area since 1968.

Rex was the Director of Sales for Ninestar Connection, formerly Hancock Telecom, for the past 22 years, where he also served on the board for 12 years.

He was a member of the greater Greenfield & Knightstown Chamber of Commerce Boards, a Greenfield Rotarian, President of Hancock County Economic Development Council, President of Pendleton Park Board, and a former member of South Madison Community Foundation.

Survivors include his wife, whom he married, December 7, 1968, Cathy (Butler) Pasko; daughter, Dr. Jennifer Pasko of Portland, Ore.; sister, Ruth (Frank) Almeida of New Palestine; brother & sister-in-law, Dr. Fred & Dr. Barbara Butler of Zionsville; several nieces and nephews and many extended family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin & Helen (Scott) Pasko, daughters, Jill & Julie Pasko; brother, Raymond Pasko; and a sister, Barbara Willis.

Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 30, 2011, and 1 hour prior to the service on Friday, at Robert D. Loose Funeral Home, 200 W. 53rd St., Anderson, IN 46013.

Services will be Friday, July 1, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., at the funeral home, with Rev. Gerald Burnett officiating.

Burial will be in McCray Cemetery, Wilkinson .
