David Loren Barricklow, age 66, died Friday, April 29, 2011 at Regency Place in Greenfield. Born on July 15, 1944 in Batesville, he was the son of Thomas Charles and Nellie D (Hopkins) Barricklow.
Surviving him are his loving wife, Jean Barricklow of Greenfield; son, David Anthony “Tony” (Wendy) Barricklow of Bolivia, N.C.; siblings, Thomas Dale (Ruth) Barricklow of Dabney, Ind., Ronald D (Kathy) Barricklow of Powell, Tenn., and Ann Barricklow (E.G.) Thompson of Elizabethtown, Ky.; and 2 grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Thomas and Nellie Barricklow.
Visitation was from 3 until 6 p.m. on Monday, May 2, 2011 at Calvary Baptist Church in Greenfield. Funeral services will follow. Pastor Roger Kinion will be officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Chapel Hill Cemetery in Shallotte, N.C.
