Patty Meid, 78, of Greenfield, died Friday, April 22, 2011 at Regency Place of Greenfield. She was born Sept. 22, 1932 in Linton, Ind. and was the daughter of the late Smith and Pauline (Frye) Reed.
She is survived by her four children; Greig (Julie) Meid of Carthage, Paula Ann Meid of Greenwood, Gayle Marie Hodge of Greenfield, Jacquelyn Ellen Hampton of Greenfield; 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; half-brother, Bill Reed; half-sister, Nyla, both of Linton, Ind.; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Greig Meid in 1971 and a sister, Greathel Kates.
Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, Greenfield.
