Martha J. Scott, 80, of Greenfield, passed away on March 21, 2011. She was born July 28, 1930 in Bloomington, Ind., to the late Hassell and Lillie Mitchell.
She was a homemaker and member of Hope Baptist Church in Indianapolis.
Survivors include her sons, Terry and Gary Scott; brothers, John and Michael Mitchell; sister, Betty Smith; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband and son, Raymond L. and Larry R. Scott.
Funeral services will be Friday, March 25, at 3:30 p.m. in Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call from 1:30 p.m. until time of service. Burial in Maple Hill Cemetery.
