Debra Sue Harper died Wednesday Feb. 23, 2011 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born on Aug. 9, 1957 to Clifford Harper and Doris C. (Scott) Badgley.
She is survived by son, David Harper; fiance, Anthony "Tony" Willis of Indianapolis; sister, Vickie (Ron) Bryant; brother, Rick (Robin) Harper; two nieces and two nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clifford Harper; mother, Doris C. Badgley; and Step-father, Robert O. Badgley.
Visitation will be from 6 til 8 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 28, 2011, funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Frazier Chapel, 124 E. North St. in Morristown with Eastern Star services conducted.
