Christopher Valenzuela, 39, of Greenfield, died Saturday, Jan. 1, 2011, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Survivors include is wife, Susanna Valenzuela; children, Izabella and Chris Jr. Valenzuela, and Jesse and Jon Church; in-laws, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Smolko, brother-in-law, Albert Smolko Jr.; sister-in-law, Stormy Rush; brothers, Jason Neilan and Jonathan Carroway; sisters, Melissa and Brandi Carroway; grandmother, Marilyn Malcom; and several aunts and uncles.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 9, 2011, at 980 N. 150 W., Greenfield, IN 46140.
