Robert A. Dill, 72, of Fortville, passed away Saturday, Dec. 11, 2010, in Tucson, Ariz. He was born May 19, 1938, in Muncie, to the late Lloyd A. and Mary E. (Lephart) Dill.
Bob retired as an auditor from AT&T in 1995 after 39 ½ years' service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and golf and was a U.S. Coast Guard Veteran.
Bob is survived by his wife, Margo L. (Mathews) Dill, whom he married Nov. 28, 1957; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Mick (Jani) Mathews of Tucson, Ariz.; sons, Dr. Todd A. (Suzanne) Dill of Logansport, Tim L. (Robyn) Dill of Kokomo and Tyler J. (Lyn) Dill of Brownsburg; seven grandchildren, Mandy (Scott) Hardin of Mentor, Ohio, Stephanie, Mason, Garrett, Taylor, Matthew, and Nathan; and two great-grandchildren, Eliza and Ben Hardin.
The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2010, at Seals Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 122 West Staat Street, Fortville. A memorial service will be held following the visitation at 6pm. Burial will take place at a later date at Elm Ridge Cemetery in Muncie.
