Rev. Paul Edward Turner, age 88, formerly of Rushville and Greenfield, died Sunday, Nov. 21, 2010, at Morristown Manor Nursing Home. Paul was born in Allenville, Mo., on Dec.14, 1921, the son of the late Harry & Fruzie (Gilbert) Turner.
Paul is survived by a daughter, Paulette Maciel of Rushville; four sons, Travis (Loraine) Turner of Indianapolis, Jerry (Patricia) Turner of Greenfield, Mike (Vicky) Turner of Rushville, Larry Turner of Ark.; one sister, Hester Lee Pancoast of Mich.; 16 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wives, Ola Mae Weathers, Evelyn Crossman, and Lucille Roetzel; two brothers; and five sisters.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Tuesday Nov. 23, 2010, at Todd Funeral Centre & Crematory in Rushville. Services will be held 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2010, at the funeral centre, with Warren Engel officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
