Faye Guinn, 63, a resident of Greenfield passed away Thursday, Nov. 18, 2010, at St. Vincent’s Hospital. She was born Jan. 3, 1947, in Hancock County, and was the daughter of the late William Ralph and Margaret Alice (Tuttle) Grinstead.
She worked 16 years at Jenn Air in Indianapolis, was a homemaker and loved line dancing, country music and traveling. She was a former member of Maxwell United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Danny Guinn of Greenfield; children, Danny Wayne (Angela) Guinn, Jr. of Greenfield and Margaret Kaye (Vance) Jones of Hernando, Miss.; four grandchildren, Ashley, Briana, Brittany and Kyle; one great-granddaughter, Kensie; and 18 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Marvin and Everett Grinstead; sisters, Kaye Pennington and Marian Miller.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 22, 2010, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2010, at the funeral home, with Gary Roberts officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield. The family has requested in honor of Faye that the dress attire for both the funeral and visitation be casual.
