Jason Michael Schrader, infant, died on his day of birth, on Thursday, Nov. 4, 2010, in Indianapolis.
He is survived by his parents, Nicholas Sean Schrader and Kelly Beth Medlin; siblings, Ashlyn Turner, Chelsea Turner, and Makayla Slentz; grandparents, Becky Medlin of Greenfield, Paul Clark and Billi Jo Clark of Greensburg.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Donald Medlin of Greenfield.
There will be no services at this time.
